MESSAGE #2 03.16.2020

Good afternoon to each of you.
Before going into any details of how our class will be operating on-line one week from today on MON MAR 23 and continuing as long as we need to, I want to make certain you are all well, taking care of yourself, and following health experts best practices to engage in.

This is a difficult time for all of us, know this.
The most important thing is to assist each other as best we know how — so be kind, be patient, and be all that you can be right now.
So please, do that.

With that said, I also want to let you know that I am committed to assist each of you completing your semesters successfully, even though the beginning of our next new week might be a bit bumpy.

Luckily, our class notes are all on-line already, so the transition should be seamless as you are all ready using this virtual class room space.

As I said in my email to you on 03.13.2020 — you need to check your Cazenovia email address daily as well as our course blogYes, daily!

Set yourself the best time to do this, and DO IT each and every day.

By TUESDAY, MAR 17th evening (tomorrow) I will be posting information to both our class blog and in a separate email to you via CAZ.net.

This will have information in it as to the changes in our course calendar, assignments, etc. I know that I will be assigning the FAKE NATURE / FOUND MATERIALS assignment first, as you will have access to found materials.

I need to know about your access to be able to scrounge corrugated cardboard to continue to work on the assignment we left with at spring recess.

Please contact me immediately regarding problematic access to WiFi and/or your supplies.
Send me this information to jpepper@cazenovia.edu
Thank you.
